Shay Mitchell has been a Canadian actor, model and business owner for over ten years. Best known as Emily Fields from the Freeform television series Pretty Little Liars. Shay Lo became a popular nickname among Jennifer Lopez Mitchell fans. While she was a little girl, her love for the art of performing grew. Her parents told her that one day she wanted to earn a living from the field. She wanted to take acting classes in Toronto following her success in dance and modeling. After securing a few commercials as well as guest roles on the television show Mitchell was able to get her breakthrough after being cast to play the role of Emily Fields in Pretty Little Liars.
